i've just participated in a survey about Creative Commons Licenses. actually this is something i've missed. and i wonder if any of my friends here care or know about this issues. the protection of an invention starts when the invention first exist. so when the original artist published their song for the first time, the copyright will automatically belong to the artist. exclusive rights means the artist and the others who own the copyrights may copy, reproduce and sell the copies, import and export the creation, adapt the creation, publish the creation, sell or forward the exclusive rights to other party. so the registration of a creation is not a must, but the letter of registration can be an evidence in court if one day there's a case about the creation. i'm not really experienced in this, and i know how it feels when your tune is used by others without asking your permission.
no need to comment.. just read.. read.. read.. til u get bored..
when u're bored.. it's time for u to play my songs :P

Outfit (part 1)
i'm gonna show you some shoes for my performances. actually there are two more, but these are the latest.

i used to wear this shoes when i went to campus actually, and for my daily activities. i bought it when i was on my last semester of Diploma 3 in PENS-ITS, it was in early 2005. and i wear it until i graduate from my Bachelors in ITS, in early 2008. i bought it in Pasar Atom, and the price was Rp 200,000. i like wearing it cos it’s easy to use, just slipped your foots and you’re ready to walk, and it made me a little bit taller lol. this one is light but strong, even my dad had to glue it over and over and it’s been stitched one. but now i don’t wear it anymore cos it’s broken and the repairing things won’t work.

cos the first one has broken, so i bought this one. actually i never care about branded things. for me, as long as it good and i enjoy it, no matter branded or brandless, if i have enough money, i'll buy. and i will never buy the same kind until it's damaged. lucky that my foot size are small (38 or 39, smaller than my younger sister's) so i always found the right shoes easily. sometimes i use my sister's shoes too :D

this one i bought only Rp 162,000 in JMP, bonus socks and key-chain lol. i first wore it in my graduation day. i use this one occasionally, for the job interview things. i don't like wearing lady-like shoes, but i have to. besides, its heels are not sharp so i can walk almost without having difficulty. and this definitely makes me few inches taller. i never use this on my performance, but i will probably ;)

Once a rapper, always a rapper
i met a rapper whom i've never seen in this past 4 years. his name is Conrad, he's a German and was studying in one of university in Surabaya. i only met him twice in 2004, first when i became one of the performer in Close Up ramadhan at Mc Donald's, and he was kinda rapping a little, and second when there's a rap performance from Oka at Hugo's Cafe. just then i found his facebook, when i asked him if he's still rapping, he answered, "well, once a rapper, always a rapper, hehehe." i wish i could say that too. i enjoyed rapping, flowing, rhyming, writing smart disses, but things were different now. i don't have that idea to write classy songs anymore, i guess i'm loosing the spirit of making them. i'm getting old and i barely know the names of those new emcees, but i'm sure that they knew me cos i'm... different. i guess this is it. i will still be a rapper and i'm going to be part of Surabaya hip hop awakening. still, the same old me. and i will stop rapping, only if my husband tells me to :) fyi, i don't wanna have a husband who is a hiphopper lol.. i shouldn't ask for something better while me myself is a rapper. crap!

Disaster!
just got home from another performance after some time, and you know what, i forgot my 2nd verse lyric! hahahaaaaa... i guess i was tired, cos i went to Solo on Thursday and went back home on Friday. and i was with Tyas for the whole Friday. as for today i only prepared the songs one night before, and finished the instrumentals in the morning. the show is called "HipHop in Unity", it's a show to introduce people of hip hop movement in Surabaya. but the audience weren't so enthusiastic, maybe it's because of the bad place selection. it was held in a mall, but the mall wasn't too crowded, and the venue was hidden (it's somewhere in the corner, and i was having a hard time to find the location itself). i went with Tavia and my sister, at first i wanted Tavia to help me on the chorus part, but she's not confident with herself. and i told my sister that i can't memorized the lyric, she said that i should rap anything in case i forgot. then it happened, after the chorus i was totally blank, words came from my mouth but i couldn't understand them either. in my heart i wished that Chuckie (the DJ) would understand me and continue to the next track, in fact he didn't! seem like he didn't care at all, but then i heard someone's rapping. an emcee with purple shirt and cap came behind me and helped me to fill the emptiness. ok then, it's not so bad lol.. and the 2nd song went well anyway.
